Man O War has water, and lots of it! Golfers everywhere are lining up to go to ‘WAR’ in Myrtle Beach – Man O’ War!!!
Rising up from the depths of a 100 acre lake, Man O’ War is brimming with an arsenal of weapons.
World renowned architect Dan Maples launched a campaign in the battle for par with a course that includes back-to-back island greens and an awesome island ninth — unlike any you’ve likely ever played before.
This par-72 masterpiece is built around 80-acre lake and is 6,967 yards from the black tees. The lake is why water is so prevalent, and prevalent may not paint an accurate picture. Water is what defines almost all of the eighteen holes. It’s certainly visible from all holes and in play in a significant way, on no less than a dozen holes.
This Myrtle Beach course is the sister of The Witch and The Wizard and 3 plays will get you a great value.
