Whether you’re new to the Myrtle Beach golf scene or have been coming here for years, one or more of these new post-round leisure attractions is a good bet to at least pique your interest:
RipTydz Oceanfront Grille & Rooftop Bar, 1210 N. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach, (843) 945-1204. This 17,000-square-foot restaurant opened in summer 2017 to rave reviews, offering a spectacular waterfront locale for dining, drinks and entertainment. Best of all, it’s located in the heart of the action, in the shadow of the iconic SkyWheel at the central part of Myrtle Beach’s Ocean Boulevard.
The Track Family Fun Park, 9589 N. Kings Hwy., Myrtle Beach, (843) 491-1732. Who doesn’t like to go fast? The Track offers plenty of options to do so, regardless of age, size or skill level. Four different go-kart rides are at your disposal (including two elevated, winding tracks), along with kids’ rides and an arcade for further amusement. Like RipTydz, convenience is also a nice feature of The Track, as it’s located along Myrtle Beach’s famed Restaurant Row.
… and coming soon …
Topgolf. This fast-growing entertainment model boasts 30 locations nationwide, and this summer committed to throwing its hat in the ring by adding a location to The Golf Captial of the World in the very near future! The concept combines elements of the game we all love with additional dining and entertainment features to reach a wide cross-section of popular appeal. Myrtle Beach’s new Topgolf location is slated to open near Broadway at the Beach.
Stay tuned for updates on these, and more new entertainment and leisure attractions to enhance your next Myrtle Beach golf vacation experience!
